Our 8 Month Beauty

The days just keep passing way. too. quickly.  I want to freeze time.  Freeze these "simple" days of her scooting across the floor bypassing all of the toys and going straight for the cords, Rumba and Playstation3.  Freeze her love for any music she can dance too.  And freeze that smile that makes her cheeks look like they're filled with two acorns and shows that sole little bottom white tooth.

I want to freeze time because she is so so perfect, but I know I can't.  For now I'll continue kissing those cheeks when she's awake and missing her even when she's asleep right down the hall.  But I know tomorrow I'll see that beautiful smile, hair in her face, and those big blue eyes peeking through her crib.  *Perfect* 

Go Tribe

 On Labor Day (yes I'm that far behind) we celebrated our day off with a trip out to Cleveland.  Kenzie was uber excited for her 2nd Indians game and her coordinating outfit!  We bought an Ergo which I'm in love with, but for anyone who has one...you can see we were still learning how to use it ;) Poor thing is doing a split in that thing.

 

Cue the *gasps*....we even let her sample a little cotton candy!  She actually wasn't thrilled with it.  That-a-girl!

 

 Although her 1st trip to cheer on the tribe, she slept quietly through the cheers, this time around she had a few breakdowns with the almost sell out crowd.  But she got use to it, and went about awwwing the people around her.

5 Years of Wedded Bliss

With all eyes on us, but our eyes only on each other, we became one! 5 Years ago today (at this exact time) I started the short walk towards the rest of my life.  Now 5 years later, I find myself more in love and happier than ever.  Donny and I had some amazing times, laughs, struggles, and pure bliss.  Although we aren't 5 year Aniversarrying at the Atlantis Resort (as once hoped for), our life together is still paradise!
